Steps to Solutions

Step 1: Determine your needs

  1. We’ll conduct an initial phone consultation to determine if and how we might be able to help you.
  2. This will enable us to consider your situation and delve into the sources of your difficulty.
  3. Part of this step involves getting specific information regarding your business. Everything is held in strict confidentiality.

Step 2: Consider possible alternatives

  1. Once we determine that your situation is similar to ones where we have been able to assist our past clients we can make an initial judgment as to whether we might be able to help you.
  2. Based on the analysis in Step 1, we may be able to give you some sense of what will be involved in providing you with a solution.

Step 3: Develop an action plan

  1. Depending on the anticipated solution, a visit to your site may be necessary.
  2. The site visit will enable us to either verify the impressions we have from the conversation(s) or to determine that there are factors that make other alternatives necessary.
  3. You will be presented with a proposed plan for your consideration.
  4. A decision to proceed will necessitate several actions that can only be accomplished at the store (signage requirements, etc.).
  5. There is no cost for this visit if a decision is made to proceed with the proposed solution.

Step 4: Implement the plan

  1. Timing is crucial for maximizing the outcome of almost any solution. We will work with you to determine the optimum time frame for your solution.
  2. The specifics of the plan will be clearly delineated to achieve the desired outcomes. Communication channels will be instituted to ensure smooth execution.
  3. Depending on the level of our involvement we will schedule on-site visits as necessary.
  4. Regular reporting will provide feedback on the progress of the implementation.

What Is Our Role?

We offer three options for our involvement for events:

  1. We do it for you. A consultant is on-site for the duration of any sales event handling all aspects of the event (except direct sales).
  2. We do it with you. A consultant is on-site initially (usually one week) and then handles all activities remotely. On-site visits are an option if desired.
  3. You do it. All consulting is done via phone, fax, and email. We provide you with the tools to conduct the event yourself.
